Position: Figma Designer; Location: Remote

Role Overview:As a Figma Designer at White Mountain Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and user-centric designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand stories. Your expertise in Figma and design principles will contribute to the development of captivating websites, user interfaces, and digital assets that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers, to translate client requirements into compelling design concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, ensuring a seamless user experience and visual consistency across various platforms and devices.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces, incorporating feedback and insights to refine designs and achieve optimal usability.
• Develop and maintain design systems, libraries, and guidelines within Figma to facilitate efficient and consistent design workflows.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of our design work.
• Present and explain design concepts to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based design work for web and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and an understanding of user-centered design methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field is preferred.
